NEW: House check-ins – $30/visit (no pets)

This package includes the following services:

• Thorough scan of your house to check for suspicious activity around doors or windows
• Checking your hot water tank and rest of your house for other potential water leaks
• Bringing in your mail
• Watering your plants
• Turning on or off lights in your house so it looks like someone is home
• Text update

Does not include: snow shoveling, staying in your home (house-sitting), pets.

How to book

Email or text me (867.334.7125) the dates that you will be away and how often you would like me to check on your house.

I will send you my online intake form to fill out, and then we will set a time for me to come to your house to get your house key and meet you!

50% of payment will need to be paid upfront, and 50% afterwards.

Additional costs

Service areas include anything within town. Anything outside of town will include an additional $10/visit.
